The use of mobile shelving filing systems and roller racking filing systems offers office space planners the ability to condense the files in up to 50% of the space; when compared to filing cabinets and filing cupboard. X2 rotating filing cabinets, piroutte rotating filing cabinets all allow the files to be locked within the unit when not required. Unlock the unit and rotate and the files can be easily asscessed.

High density filing systems and mobile filing cabinets all allow more files to be stored and managed within the office.

Hot desking allows more than one user of a desk and our hot deskong storage systems allow the users to lock their laptop and files in theri own hot desking locker or hot desking mini cupboard.
